Hand-filled with care: We fill each sample by hand upon request. Therefore, processing time for sample orders may take 2–3 business days.

No returns or exchanges: Since each sample is custom-prepared specifically for you, all sample sales are final. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.


Product Liability & Safety Notes:
Shelf life: We kindly inform you that fragrance samples should be used within 5 months after being filled.
