Right of Withdrawal and Returns When shopping remotely, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your goods. We accept returns for both defective products (complaints) and non-defective products (right of withdrawal).
Returns under the right of withdrawal are accepted only for new, unused products in a resalable condition.
Condition of Returned Products
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products, (including product samples) are strictly exempted from the right of withdrawal once opened. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and in its original, undamaged condition.

In its original packaging with the seal, cellophane, or security wrap fully unbroken.
If the packaging or security seal has been broken, or if the product has been tested, the return cannot be accepted.
If the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, please contact us to handle it as a complaint.
How to make a return (within 14 days) To use your right of withdrawal, notify us at support@tuxedo.se with your order number, name, and the products you wish to return.
Return shipping options (Bring)

Option A – Return label from Tuxedo: We provide a label for 100 SEK, which is deducted from your refund.

Option B – Arrange yourself: You pay for shipping. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us; we recommend a traceable service.
Unclaimed Packages For packages not picked up or returned due to incorrect address details, we charge a fee of 199 SEK to cover return shipping and administration.
Refunds and processing time Once we receive your return, we process it within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. No restocking fee is charged.
Complaints (Defective goods) According to the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have a 3-year right to file a complaint for defects present at delivery.

Complaints made within 2 months of discovering the defect are always considered timely.

If approved, we cover all return shipping costs.
Packaging your return: The product must be returned with its original packaging and all components. Use a sturdy box and filling material. Do not tape over the barcode on the return label.
