These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer, shop at Tuxedo Sweden.

Range

Tuxedo Stockholm specializes in niche perfumes and exclusive fragrance-related products.

Purchase and Agreement

To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. A purchase agreement is entered into once you have completed your order and we have confirmed it via an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. An automatically generated order summary sent immediately after the order is placed serves as a receipt of your request and is not always to be considered a final acceptance of the order if so stated in the message. 

Delivery Area

Tuxedo Sweden currently only delivers to addresses within Sweden and Denmark. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders or deliver to any other countries at this time.

Account

You can shop without creating an account. If you choose to create an account it is personal, and you are responsible for protecting your login credentials. You are also responsible for ensuring that your provided information is correct.

Your Information and Responsibility

You are responsible for providing the correct name, delivery address, email address, and mobile number. You may specify someone else as the recipient (e.g., for a gift), but you remain responsible for ensuring the information is accurate and that the recipient is able to receive the shipment. If you provide incorrect information (e.g., wrong address or mobile number) and this results in the delivery not reaching you or being collected by the wrong person, you may be held liable for any resulting additional costs.

Prices and Product Information

Prices are stated in SEK and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Packaging and design may be updated by the brand without changes to the content. Perfumes may vary slightly between batches and over time (e.g., due to manufacturer reformulations). The fact that a scent is perceived differently than before is normally not considered a defect, provided the product is correct and authentic.

Obviously Incorrect Information (e.g., Pricing Errors)

If a price or other information is obviously incorrect and you realized or should have realized this, we reserve the right to correct the error retroactively or cancel the purchase. If we cancel the order, we will refund the amount you paid.

Payment

We offer payment via Klarna and card payment via Shopify Payments (the options shown at checkout at the time of purchase). Specific payment options may vary depending on the order and what is displayed at checkout. When paying via Klarna, Klarna’s specific payment terms also apply.

Delivery

We deliver using Bring. Available delivery options, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. 

Tuxedo Sweden currently ships exclusively to Sweden and Denmark.

  • Sweden: 1–4 business days.

  • Denmark: 1–7 business days.

Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items and start from the moment your order is dispatched.

Uncollected Packages / Returned Shipments

For shipments that are returned to us because the package was not collected within the designated holding time, or due to an incorrectly provided address, we may charge a fee to cover our shipping and administration costs.

Cancellation Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tuxedo.se. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will attempt to stop it; however, we cannot guarantee this as we process orders continuously. If the order has already been shipped, it will generally be handled as a return/right of withdrawal in accordance with our return policy.

Customer Service and Conduct

We are happy to assist you, but threats, harassment, or abusive behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated. In such cases, we may terminate contact via customer service. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Complaints

The rules for the right of withdrawal, returns, and complaints are described in our "Returns & Complaints" policy (see the separate page in the webshop). For complaints, Swedish consumer protection regulations apply.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we comply with Swedish law. You may also refer to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden - ARN) if we are unable to reach an agreement.
